How I Got Into Game DesignI first began my journey into video game design when I discovered Halo Custom Edition - a version of Halo one that allows the creation of custom maps, character and even game-play. I began experimenting trying to create my own Halo ODST campaign. Suffice it to say I didn't get far that first time. After months of frustration and almost no progress, I gave up on the project. About a year later, I decided to give it another shot, this time with a different project in mind - creating a Silent Hill fan game. I did a heap of reading and research, and eventually came across a map of the entire town. I began using 3ds max and learned how to model. This was all fairly basic to begin with. Eventually I started to see that I wouldn't be able to create all that I wanted as a Halo mod. This was when I discovered Unity game engine. Very shortly after beginning work with Unity, I came to realise that the only exceptional thing about my Silent Hill game was that it was going to be a mod. At this point I thought "Hey - maybe I should just make my own games." That's how it all began.

What I Want to Do In FutureIn the future I hope to have my own game studio, and to develop a variety of games. One the things I would like to do with my games is positively influence peoples morals and character through storytelling and consequences.
